We take great pride in our ability to diagnose software problems correctly the first time. We begin by discussing the problem with you by phone to determine if the problem requires a technician. Sometimes a problem is caused by an incorrect setting that can be solved over the phone. There is no charge for phone solutions!
If a problem requires a technician, we will arrange for a technician to visit your location. During that appointment the technician will diagnose the problem and provide a written estimate detailing the problem and the time and materials (hardware/software) required to correct it.
Please remember to collect and make available any CD-ROMs or DVD disks that came with your computer or recovery disks or flash drive made when it was new.
